I have $8.7 million in recycling purchased assets for email auction ordered by the divorce court. It mainly consists of our unique bulk product, reverse distribution system where we dump drums and 95 gallon totes that contain some liquids at the collector, into our 1700, 5 and 8 yard steel hoppers. We then transport 90 yard legal wt. loads to railheads and cleanly fill our 4 liquid tight sea containers or 13 bottom dumping hopper railcars using our forklift hopper tipper attachment that turns a forklift into an end loader. We will pay you any finders’ fee or commission on all or a broken up list of the assets based on best return to the creditors in the email receivers auction. Our plant is centrally located in New Castle PA north of Pittsburgh. Much of the equipment is at rail loading sites across the US. Our railroad property and new 27,500 sq.’ building can also be converted into a sight for your customers to double your sale commission. Synergies of our reverse distribution system for plastics recycling: 1. PE and PP to Oil: Economic dirty, dripping and metal laden plastics to oil recycling combined with our squeezed oil at $820/ton with no waste and 85% yield. 2. Railroad full car rates available for your LTL amounts with our multi compartment cars. You or your customers may require shipment of recyclable items that can share this equipment and path from across the US and Canada to our PA plant for amassing large efficient quantities. 3. Bales, bags and hoppers can be loaded on top of the bulk in our railcars and unloaded with our OH crane. 4. I have the connection to recycle all of the Wal-Mart HDPE oil bottles and Grocery Store Plastic in 60 gallon bags as a parallel stream to the used oil and oil filters. Our customers are the automotive waste collectors that supply us with our used oil filters. Wal-Mart is the world’s largest oil changer and oil bottle user and are motivated pay tip fees to implement this as are many on our filter collectors. 5. This RR transportation and handling system is also great for dripping coarsely shredded and baled HDPE oil bottles, buckets, jugs, drums and shuttle/totes. This material is subsidized and mandatory recycled parallel to oil filters coast to coast in Canada. 6. Our 12,250 cu. yd., 270 semi load system’s, equipment can transport 1200 miles by rail for what the competition trucks 150 miles for. 7. Our hopper system saves 70% over drum and roll-off trucking because 5 of 6 are 1 way freight because hoppers nest like paper cups for return and they save handling on both ends. 8. 5,000 to 7,000 cu. ft., 100 ton railcar loads. 90 cu yard, 20 ton net product truckloads both of multiple materials. 9. Loose liquids are pumped from the hoppers and railcars saving freight. 10. We can produce lots of waste heat from gasification of our scrap steel for use to recycle plastics. 11. Our system also has railcar unloading equipment and 10,000 cu.’ storage silos that hold 9 semi-loads. 12. Railcars are multi compartment to segregated materials. Synergies for metal recycling: 1.
