Actual rating is unknown and not guaranteed. Approx 16ft by 14.5ft and 16ft by 22.75ft center on center column spacing Approx 27 inch center on center spacing on cross members 17 columns not including rack supported landing. 2 columns support one staircase. 2 staircases with one pallet rack supported landing area. Approx 4ft by 7ft with bar grate surface. One landing is lower than mezzanine and has an additional 4 steps up. One stair case is 48" wide inside with 10.5" deep steps. Other staircase not measured. Approx 90ft of hand rail included All Corrugated sheet metal floor included. Most of the plywood decking is included. We've used a few pieces for odds and ends projects. LOT 2 Rack support and cat walk mezzanine parts one flat section was rack support. the rack is sold. but flooring and catwalk sections are still here. one area of bar grating was approx 21'4" by 40'. Pieces are of various width and lengths. Qty 7 cat walks are approx 112" by 33" of bar grating. maybe used for non cat walk application. a total of approx 1,025 sq of bar grating is available Qty 5 cat walks are approx 32' by 33" of corrugated sheet metal and plywood decking.
